Clear Creek Framboise is a raspberry liqueur from Clear Creek Distillery in Portland, Oregon, the fruit-brandy pioneer founded by Steve McCarthy in 1985 and famous for its pear brandy and McCarthy's single malt. Made from ripe Oregon raspberries, the fruit is steeped to draw out its color and flavor and blended with the distillery's own raspberry eau-de-vie and a measure of sugar, capturing the berry at its peak.
