Worth Adding to Your List｜ Other Products ｜The Reveries "The Deep" Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey

The Reveries is one of the most poetic and thoughtfully crafted bourbon projects to emerge from Kentucky in recent years — and "The Deep" is the expression that announces the brand's arrival with real authority. Created by whiskey obsessives who believe every bottle should tell a story worth reading, The Reveries takes its name from the meditative state between waking and dreaming — and The Deep is the darkest, most immersive chapter in that story. A Kentucky Straight Bourbon finished in French Oak casks as part of the inaugural Tide #1 release, bottled at a powerful 115.3 proof and 57.65% ABV. The nose opens with heavy baking spice, black pepper, mocha, crème brûlée, a hint of blackberry, rich oak, caramel candies, and a touch of cola — followed by candied ginger and powerful toffee, while the palate is viscous, heavy, and dense with mocha, ginger, maple, crème brûlée, and an undertow of blackberry reduction, vanilla, toffee, and black pepper. The finish is woody and deep with gobs of vanilla bean, toffee, cola, currant, fig, black pepper, ginger, cocoa, and spice. The depths beckon.
