Jin Jiji High Proof India Dry Gin is the 57% ABV (114 proof) navy-strength version of Goa's Jin Jiji, distilled from wheat-based neutral spirit on a traditional copper pot still. The botanicals are wild foraged Himalayan juniper alongside Macedonian juniper, coriander seed, black tea, angelica root, tulsi (holy basil), cashew nut and chamomile, with the extra proof pushing the floral notes forward while lime oil and a lush herbal bitterness keep it balanced.Expect juicy citrus and chamomile on the nose, a burst of berry tartness on the palate, then the creamy, honeyed character of tulsi and a warm, surprisingly silky finish. It won a Silver at the 2022 Bartender Spirits Awards, and the brand as a whole has taken Gold at the World Spirits Competition and Silver at the IWSC. At this strength it is built for cocktails: a Gimlet, a Negroni or a G&T that keeps its shape to the last sip.Buy Jin Jiji High Proof India Dry Gin online with fast shipping right to your door.
